2263 South african qualification

Good day there,

I will soon have a South African degree (4years study) in Safety Management from University of South Africa (BTech Safety Management).
Me and my wife would like to immigrate to Canada & I would like to work under the 2263 NOC sector.

Will this qualification be eligible and acceptable to Canada within this sector or any other sector for that matter.
I have more than 3 years experience within this sector if this info would be needed.
