There are chances for people with <400 but there would be a huge candidates in this range below.

they dont have to hit their target, and before a federal election I'd say they would rather play it safe, if the conservatives get back in thats when I think you will see some big drops in score.

From here until october I would say smaller drops. Lots of PGWP holders with CEC experience and same with those commonwealth countried who IEC visa holders have had to change now they dont have a rolling over visa like australia

Current trend - 1600 ITA each draw, by July-Aug, there are chances for people with 350-400.

If they are taking 1600 ppl every draw, you will be invited very very very very soon.
However....they might control the # of invitations.....

You seem to forget that the pool keeps growing every day.

The other way to look at the number of 22k is that on average about 220 profiles per day have been added since January 1st.

Recent addition of new profile is getting to a very low number. I believe only 500 ppl are added every month, by looking into the EE google sheet.
A huge number of profiles are piled up at the beginning of Jan and then decays quickly.

Most of people didn't apply thinking they won't get job offer/PNP 600 point so they may not qualify.
But now we will see that people all over will apply in bulk. So I assume that points go in low 400 in next 2 month then they will go up when people will start applying.
My guess - another 28000 application in next 3 month making pool of 50k.
