2171 NOC for OINP

Hello all,
Does anyone know why 2171, although a tech profile, is never considered under OINP tech draw?

Just because it is a tech NOC doesn’t mean it is considered in-demand (can’t fill positions within Ontario or Canada).

Well...thanks for the reply! but this profile is certainly in demand...I keep track of job portals and it has multiple vacancies every other day for this profile....which makes me wonder why they aren't picking 2171 ...

Ask ONIP then. Or get a job offer.
