Do u have an offer from Canada or experience in Canada??
What are the possibilities for to get an offer letter in the profile 2121. I heard that, they prefer only to them who are physically present in Canada.
I am trying to contact couple of organizations, but as of now no positive reply.

Hi I am 2121 from BC. It is very hard to have a permanent offer with 2121 even for Canadians. For the temp offer, the easiest way is to do a postdoc, aka scientific slave, if you have a PhD or MD. This job usually bleeds you out and crashes your balls, but it is an express ticket to move your ass to this country and 2 years' Canadian experience should give you extra points in EE. BCPNP used to have a program for people who gets a postgraduate degree in Canada in the category of 2121, however this program is currently closed. Don't know if this closedown is temporary or permanent.
