if you get your aplication back then mate we will sent again for 2012...i also get my application back...did you notice any changes for this year...

Just saw your msg. Sorry about that. Please believe that the cap has reached on Oct 23rd 2011. There are applicants who applied on Oct 22nd and got through and others who applied on or after Oct 24th and never got their fee encashed. You can now see that there are other 2121 applicants who also received the cap reached letter. If you got your application back, just prepare yourself to submit the application again in July 2012 if FSW and 2121 still remains in the new NOC list. Else, start gathering your documents once again.

NKKD HORTONS applied under 3131 on 25-07-2011 and got PER on 24-10-2011 for the same through email.
Now the question arises why did he reapplied in Nov 2011 under 2121, when he already got PER for his application. this is unclear and is something that can''t be digested.

That is because 3131 was sent with my husband as PA and buffalo as processing Visa office. When I realized that buffalo visa office takes 24 months for application processing, I wanted to apply for 2121 with me as PA and New Delhi visa office as I am eligible for the same. Yes, we can have two applications being processed at the same time.

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT YOU APPLIED UNDER TWO NOC'S 3131 AND 2121. what you are doing is making a fool of yourself in this forum.

Replied. If you were so worried about my unclear situation, you could have sent a PM and clarified your thoughts on my application. Do not jump to conclusions and judge others too quickly. Attitude matters a lot to be a successful individual.
