21 days passed still not received GIC certificate

Today 21 days has passed but still not received the gic certificate. Confirmed with my local bank with tracing done that scotia bank has received it but still they say that they have not received.

Called the Tolll free number they are saying not received,Call the bank number they are saying we are not responsible for this call toll free number & emailed the president also but no reply.

My hope are with Allah only . Inshallah there can be some way to find it.

Send them your SWIFT Transfer Receipt and other stuff you have got as proof to Scotia Bank. Do it as fast as possible . Then the other thing you can do is to trace the SWIFT Transfer details from your bank.
 
i beleived swift transfer is the same as TT copy. That i have already send them on the next day i have received. After tracing it was found that they have received it.but they are saying no.
 
I can't believe that they are doing like that with you, I mean there is proof given and they are saying no. Try calling them today again , sometimes you get idiots on phone, sometimes you get nice ones . I think around 630-7am India time you can call them...Keep on calling my dear, we have no other option other than asking their help. Our money is with them.
 
Hey shahid19091982; If your any friend in Canada told him...to go Scotia bank branch with TT reciept !!!
 
hey shahid. sorry to hear that. It's kind of weird too. bank officials are supposed to be helpful. anyways, what's the name of the bank you used? I heard HDFC bank is the best one to sort out GIC properly.

SBI.they helped me today with the details & i told scotia bank that you need to locate where my money is now.

They have a branch office in delhi as well ask them if they can help you.
 
Thank you Lovish,priyanair , sidhu_anwar,S-Singh & everyone for your help .Just got confirmation now that they have got the money will received the certificate till wednesday.
