January 14th 2024 - Case Filed inland
January 29th 2024 - Medical
February 11th 2024 - interview - received work permit and brown paper.
October 11th 2024 - Background Check (ghost update)
October 20th 2024 - letter received for final hearing.
January 30th 2025 - final hearing ( the hearing last for 3 hours and the decision will be held for written by mail)
March 28th 2025 - IRCC portal ghost update ( Referral Decision: not available) previously it was mentioning ( will be provided shortly )
Anyone knows what does that mean. I m not worried it just a curiosity.

Were you asked for further information? NOD processing this long is not unheard of but on the longer side. All you can do is wait. Doesn’t guarantee an approval/refusal. There can be many reason for delays.

No, I haven’t been asked for any additional information. Does a ghost update on the referral decision indicate a change in the process, or is it just a regular update? Also, does anyone know the typical timeline for a Notice of Decision (NOD) after the final hearing?

Could be as simple as someone logging into your file or could mean that you will receive NOD soon. No way to tell.
