So many people called IRCC and asked and all they responded was that once it gets into the portal there's nothing they can do. Basically, we gotta be patient and ensure that we don't go full cuckoo cuckoo before getting the eCoPR!

Is this an abnormal delay? Should I contact the IRCC or my Member of Parliament at this point?

I wonder, have you gotten eCoPR? Especially after the sad story of the guy who had 9-month "off-track" delay, I'd say contacting MP at least worth a try. After skimming the messages here starting from September, my feeling is that "healthy" average presently is a month and half.

Nope, still no ECOPR. Currently thinking about giving it until the end of this month and then submitting a webform if no ECOPR even by then.
