I m starting this thread to track 2023 processing timelines for a work permit applied from the USA. If you have recently applied for a work permit or have received a work permit in 2023 please share your time lines.

Application Type: Work permit ICT LMIA Exempt under specialized skill category
Applied from: USA
Citizenship: India
Applied on: 29th sep 23
Biometrics:2nd oct 2023
Biometrics are reflected in IRCC tracking website on 3rd Oct 23
Eligibilty and background check are showing up as in progress since 2nd week of October 23.
Last update in IRCC tracker: 16th Oct 23
We received the information you sent us. We’ll review it and let you know if we need any other information from you.
