Submitted: 10/2023
AOR：02/2024
Pre-arrival : 12/2024
Eligibility : 12/2024 Received Eligibility two weeks after receiving Pre-arrival.
Received Eligibility again ：01/2025
I am a bit confused about receiving Eligibility for the second time. Can someone tell me if receiving Eligibility twice is normal?
