I'm Feb 2023 applicant and in the same status as you are. It is crazy how IRCC works, it was never first come first served. I know people got their PR approved in 6 months, from submitting to getting approval. And yet we are waiting for next steps after a year.

here’s my time line;
2023 oct 27 applied
2024 feb 9 confirmation email with application number
24 march6 pre arrival letter
24 march 18 i got an e mail it’s says like this “
It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence as a Protected Person.” idk what that is
can someone explain it please?

and still nothing for now .

Which Province?
And are you applied as refugee protected person ?

same thing here, it only says submitted. I think there won't be any status update from the portal, I read that we have to use below online tool to check the status but it only shows your application when they started processing the application.

Try to link your application to the GCKEY. If you can then they started processing your application.

Do you have representative?
If you have one, it wont work.
I think they are working on your file. Maybe the best is you call to IRCC. Call early in the morning, 6.30 am. Ask to the agent about the progress of your process.
You can also request for the notes. Try in many messages in this forum appears how to do it.

i didn’t get any notice for biometrics. when i check my application status, it say medical records received. that’s mean i passed medical records ?
and also when i enter to my gckey, i can’t see any update there

Before the eligibility interview with IRCC, we did the medical already. Did you use that medical record for PR application? If there's any problem, they should have raised concerns that time. I am unable to use the CAS tool, so I don't see the progress of my application. But from the secured account/GcKey account, they put that I passed the medical.
If you can access your GcKey, that means the application is being processed. Of course, we don't know how long for each step.

No. Since it is within their stupid timeframe then there isn't much to check.

and Secondary office is : Etobicoke
Nothing was change through 5 months.
