Same procedure with me. I submitted PCC through my representative in August 2023 after they asked. But I don't know they added or not with my file.
Hi, you received biometric letter including biometric submission letter? i only received a letter stating i need to give my biometric not included submission letter. service canada suggested me to send web form including bio metric done receipt which i received from service canada. They replied file is received and waiting for officer review. It this ok ? i am really worried.

November 20: A letter with application number mentioned also i need to give my biometric.
Guys i have to ask you one thing i ordered goms notes but I didn't used self declaration form for anyone who is pr or Canadian citizen i used the the option foreign national living in canada is it right or wrong pls tell i paid 5$ already

Ontario - no as I called to IRCC agent told me these info.
I think you should order gcms notes it will make your file move did ircc contacted you after you received aor ?
My case is also same i applied in may and in this month i ordered gcms notes
