Hi do anyone know if a RTD requires visa to Ghana. Am a citizen of west African with Canada RTD. Normally an west African I don't need it but with the RTD I don't know.

Congratulations, would you mind to say which province was it yours application? And did they asked for additional documents before eligibility pass ?
A question has been bothering me a lot,
What date is written as the date of issue on the PR card?
ONTARIO. Yes they asked me two times for additional documents. Before pre approvals. As I remember second requested additional documents has been in September 2023.
Very strange! Be in touch with the immigration department through the web form and follow up, why there is no news so far.
I applied in feb 2023, still waiting. No update since AOR&BIOM in March. I called IRCC this week, they said to be patient.

Booked an appointment with service Canada today, had availability on Jan 30th, so I will find out when I get there but I think we have to pay. I called a biometrics office near me and they told me I could only get it done at service Canada and I had to book an appointment online on eservicecanada, which I followed the steps. So I will let you kno after my appointment on Jan 30thThanks! Also do we need to pay for biometrics or is it covered? Appreciate your help
