Yes. Based on my test invitation, it looks like montreal office.
All green since march 9, citizenship ceremony not started.
I would strongly suggest to call IRCC the first thing tommorow's morning and ask them about your processing office and whats going on. Sometimes files do get transferred.

Test invite - Jan 10, 2024 (Test between Jan 12, 2024 - Feb 11, 2024) (from MTL office)
Test Taken - Jan 15, 2024 (20/20)
Test completed in tracker - Jan 18, 2024 .
BG - Feb 9th,2024
LPP all- March 26th,2024 updated in tracker on March 29th
Oath In progress: April 5th . (Received e-certificate email)
Oath date: April 17th,2024 ( Oath invitation from Halifax Received on April 9th, Not sure exactly why but after LPP is complete i called Ircc and came to know file is in Charlettotown office then i had invitation from Halifax.)
e-certificate: Received in 2hrs after oath .
Passport Application : Walk in Montreal downtown passport office on April 17th ,2024 afternoon ( Reached around 12:35 & left the Passport office at 2:30 , will be picking up friday. Applied for express pickup due to travel requirement )

Just got LPP cleared this morning in the Tracker (from April 17).
Waiting on the invite now
Everything for me has been completed except for prohibitions. I wonder what's going on. Last update April 10th.
