I received my ECOPR on Jan 18th. But I have not received my PR card yet. I have tried to reach out to IRCC a few times but there is no update from their end.
Any suggestions what can I do?

Portal 1 March 15 and replied the same day [ Montreal]
Portal 2 April 3 and uploaded my photo and address same day
ECOPR April 15 [Montreal]
COPR Expiry Jan16, 2025

eCoPR: April 18 (47 days since P1)

if you're wondering whether to send emails, calls, webforms, MP etc.:

I didn't call
I didn't send any webforms
I didn't contact MP
I just sent 1 email when I got really impatient 2 weeks ago.

To the visa office which sent P1 and P2 (Montreal) -- i just used the sender's email address
