Looks like Montreal VO has added in some Nitro and moving fast now
The New PR Card timelines have reduced to 29 days - so hopefully you should get the PR card pretty soon.

Have you sent any follow up email to all offices for getting ECOPR? Because i got p2 same as you got by sending emails.

Guys, my work permit is going to expire in Feb - 2024, around 3rd week. Seeing the delay in receiving eCOPR, how much possibility, I will receive eCOPR in coming days OR should I now start thinking to file WP extension ? Any pattern we are seeing in receiving eCOPR after P2 portal?

Currently, people whose COPRs are expiring in Sep 2024 (Info can be found in the status tracker) are receiving eCOPRs. Looking at the trend, you should be receiving it anytime within a month! Worst case, you can apply for BOWP. All the best!

Nothing helps unless it is for a humanitarian cause. A few cases I observed that got expedited had a family member's health Or applicant's job at risk. You've to prove it and upload supporting docs to expedite.

Update:
P1: December 6th.
P2: January 12th.
ECOPR: waiting.
ECOPR expire date: October 10th.

I emailed my information details to all other IRCC offices today and I recieved my P2 from other office, not from Montreal.

I have tried to contact IRCC via email, sent webform, sent email to MP, and even called IRCC and spoke to an agent but nothing yet regarding the ECOPR.

Hello Just to update that I finally got my eCOPR after waiting for 4 months.

It has been a big waiting game, I did all that I can to follow up. Not sure if this helped but I called IRCC yesterday and asked the agent to send a message again.

AOR: April 10 2023
P1 : August 15th 2023
P2 : September 5th
eCOPR : Jan 4th 2024

Stream : CEC, VO : Montreal

I called an agent too but she said there's nothing she could do. She said they are not even allowed to send a message to the office processing the PR. How did you go about yours please?

Based on other people sharing their timeline of getting eCOPR from Montreal in this forum. My eCOPR expiry date was September 25 2024 and I received it yesterday.

I don't think they process ecopr based on expiry date. Because my copr expire date is 20 august 2024. And i am still waiting fir copr. Vo montreal. It all depends upon the Office. These days Etobicoke Office sending lot if copr's to clients.
