When final decision is made, you can see your copr info and its expiry date in your tracker. I heard vo Montreal is giving ecopr based on this date and now they are issuing ecopr for those whose expiries are end of May and June. But it may be an assumption.

Waiting for COPR
What does it mean by P1 and P2 Portal? Those who are waiting like me how they know their expiry date of COPR?

P1 is the approval email that asks you to reply with certain information like your UCI, address, date of birth, etc. Once you reply, they will use that information that you provided to created an account for you in the PR Portal and then they'll email you the login credentials. This is the P2 email. Once you log in and confirm you are in canada and upload your email, the next step is for them to send you your eCOPR.
