Even if you get eCOPR you still can't travel out and comeback immediately, you need a PR card which seem to take 2-6 months after PR approval / eCOPR.

You can come back with a PRTD if you don't have a PR Card.

Do they have a certain quota of eCOPR a month? Anyone processed latley? Just wondering it’s so frustrating waiting

No quota as such but landing team works in a weird way

With IRCC there seems to be no set timelines, it is 1 day- sometimes, a week - often, a month - a lot of times, 2 months often, even 6 months sometime. Good luck you and me both on getting it soon.

Email with PR Portal credentials - 3/18/2023 midnight……IRCC work on Friday night at midnight!
Photo & Address upload to PR Portal - 3/18/2023 midnight
eCoPR generation date - Pending
PR Cards received - Pending
VO - Calgary - CGY4604
