Updated: Just got 4 emails from GCkey, logged in, and see 3 PR cards approved to be sent by mail.
Only my son's PR card is still "submitted". Hope to get it soon.

My PoE was Toronto. However, my last entry was at Montreal..

I just confirmed that my Secondary VO Changed to Montreal. So I hope they process my eCoPR soon.

Whats your VO? I guess both of us are in the same boat. As I see other people in other forums getting theirs from 24 hours to 4 days.
I got portals from Calgary then my file was transferred to Montreal.

I see Montreal in your signature. So we are in the same boat for sure.

You need to review the previous post. There is no way to know, its random and if you get it early you are lucky.
