Not yet, though I only submitted the declaration on the 13th.

Though i'm surprised by the turn around of your Portal 1 to Portal 2 with the credential emails! I replied to the P1 email on 06/06 but didn't get the credentials until 06/13.

SIN changed. CRA updated. Waiting for new Health card.
Now is the time for Visitor Visa/Super Visa for parents.
