Entry in Canada : Oct., 2021 -
Submitted BOC: Nov. 2021
Hearing with positive decision: July 2022
Applied PR by Mail: July 17, 2022
AOR: Feb. 2023
Eligibility and Pre Arrival : October and November, 2023
Portal 1: June 21, 2024
Portal 2: Not received.
How long is needed to receive Portal 2 after receiving the Portal 1 email?
It's almost a month after I received my Portal 1

Hey I have one question, I have representatives, and his address is from Quebec, then my file belongs to Quebec?
I’m living in Ontario and VO is Mississauga
I called and they told me the answer is a No, and that’s because of their “internal policy”.

I applied for my PR application on August 23rd, 2022, and I received the pre-arrival letter on November 1st, 2023. The processing time ended on July 23rd, 2024, and the time bar is already at 100 percent.
Today, July 23rd, 2024, the following update appeared in my GCKey portal:
"We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.
About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests, and whether the application is complete.
If you aren't seeing updates, contact us using this Web form. Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to."
Could you please suggest what I should do further?
