2022 PR application timeline

Once you applied, you are supposed to send an AOR, mean acknowledgement of receipt. Telling you it was received the date you submitted and that they started the processing and give you an address an application # that’s start with G normally you can get it in a few months
Does anyone know what happens if you already have PR portal account? Everyone seem to be saying after Pre-Arrival letter, they send PR portal request. However, I've already applied through PR portal back in March 2022. Will they request PR portal for me just just send ECOPR after Pre-Arrival?
Timeline:
Submitted online application through PR portal: March 2022
Requested police clearance certificates: Oct 2022
Linked application to IRCC portal: Oct 2022
Pre-arrival letter: Sept 2023
Received eligibility letter 4 days after pre-arrival which says background check in progress.
Heard nothing since. My PR portal shows application submitted. IRCC portal shows background check in progress and still checking eligibility.

Next they will send you an email to confirm some personal details. Then they will send you another email asking you to submit your photo for the PR card.
When you get the 2nd email, you will notice that your portal account has a new tab called "permanent residence confirmation". This is where you upload your photo.
Thank you very much! After uploading photo, do I have to wait for PR confirmation? Or is the second email confirmation of PR? I basically want to know when can I start working legally in Canada.

Thank you, I am not sure how brave I am lol, will be a long processing time with lots of ups and downs. Hope all get PR soon, specially those who wait for a while.

Can I connect my file to GC account because I have representative. My representative told me if I connect my file to GC key account then my representative won't receive any updates on my file.

Hello. I called IRCC today. And they said its still under process. And i said that on my ircc account it says Final Decision 13 October. They said that until getting decision made letter it will be under progress. Is there any update on your side?
