Does anyone know how long it takes to receive a result after submitting a request to acces information through the Privacy Act?
I've been waiting since August! In the confirmation email you receive right after submission, there was a temporary tracking number. Where can I track the application?

It is all about who is handling your file .
my spouse and I applied. He got his in 10 days .mine is still pending since October 2022 .

I have a newborn. So I have to call IRCC and update them via phone call or submit a special form for this?
yes AOR isn't mandatory when they are asking that means they are processing already why don't you link your application at cic.gc.ca and check ecas status
I think webform is better option as you can attach birthcertificate as well..

We see that you have a representative tied to this application. Your representative has access to your application.
If you no longer want to use a representative and access the application yourself, you can cancel your representative by filling out the Use of a representative form [IMM5476] (PDF, 647.96 kb) and choose "cancelling the appointment of a representative."
After completing the form, you can upload it here:
that means your representative already linked that application which is why you cant do that. but you can try to check Ecas status
do you have any idea when will i get pr i did not have military service and travel history
I guess so, some officers like to put stacked files on top of each other and just stare at them.
