Hey thankyou for responding. But i was wondering that i got promoted on 15th may of this year. So i am gonna mention myself as a supervisor in sowp from 15th may. Still it would be a misrepresentation? Because when i applied for PR i was just food counter attendent. In that case what you're planning on doing feels extremely risky to me. It means that either you've misrepresented your job as a food counter attendant in the PR application or you're going to misrepresent your job as a supervisor in the SOWP application. I think this could put you on a path for a misrepresentation finding (which could then result in a misrepresentation ban). If you have already submitted the PR application and said you are working in a food counter attendant role, then I would definitely not submit the SOWP saying you have a different occupation. That's my advice.

is that an issue my employer paid me 16.50 but wrote wrong 16 on my letter . is this an issue?Without a pay increase you still have the potential of a problem that could jeopardize your PR application. Your pay slips and employment letter submitted with the SOWP application should show that you are being paid more now as a supervisor than you were before when you submitted the employment letter for PR. If IRCC sees that your current pay is the same as your previous pay, I think you are at risk for a misrepresentation finding. If you were really promoted on May 15th, then you should have received a raise with your promotion. Surely you can see why this looks very suspicious? It makes it look like you're gaming your job description.
