Do we have to pay for the biometrics again?! Mine still valid ..but I’m confused with it..can you please tell me if it’s mandatory or not?!

There is contradicting information about this in the application guide. It's only $85 for biometrics, so pay it and if they don't require you to do it again, it would be refunded.

Guys, do we have to maintain the employment status till we get COPR?

Hi! Primary requirement was to be employed at the time the application is received.
my immigration consultant confirmed that for me that employment is required only at the time of the submission. I will have to resign and change job in the near future, and I have already submitted PR application yesterday under new IG stream.

- IRCC has mentioned that they plan to process about 40,000 applications this year (source). I believe those who have applied early (in the first 40k batch) have very good chances of getting their COPR by end of the year. *fingers crossed*

In general, how long does it take from submitted to get AOR ?

anyone who`s wondering about Biometrics fees, I didn`t pay it at the submission but paid after when I checked this forum. I called IRCC this morning how do I update IRCC that I paid it he said there is no way, just wait for a message from VO about the Biometrics fee and you "must" pay the fee even if you`re exempt from biometrics for this stream. It will be refunded if you don`t need the biometrics.
