I genuinely think we all should just simply wait. I highly doubt calling IRCC or submitting additional webforms will do any good. Actually probably the opposite and slow down everything....since less webforms - quicker submissions for those who actually must attach files because they were requested. That way agents can complete and process applications faster to open new ones....
We all will get AORs, we just gotta be patient....
I think my complain now is that they seem to be skipping completed applications even though we submitted first so I think that’s the frustration

Yes I completely agree you are right in that too many people are swamping the system with webforms and so necessary information isn't getting through. When I spoke with an agent yesterday they still had all my old contact details in my main IRCC profile even though I had sent a webform with my new telephone number, address etc. through 2 weeks ago. So that's still stuck in the system somewhere.

But at the same time - the problem is that nobody knows as yet if everybody WILL get AORs or not. Nobody is talking about rejection yet but it doesn't mean it's not happening. That's why people are anxious to get their AOR so that they know their application is at least accepted. I tried for the SINP a few years ago and was rejected (job description and duties not matching) after 6 months - that's 6 months I thought my application was being processed for PR. If the IRCC had a better IT system where they could say whether or not that 'yes your application is accepted (in principal) now just sit back and wait a few months while we process it' then people would be less impatient than they are now.

I started out by telling everybody to be patient and calm down. And for those people who are from 12:22pm onwards yes they should be. People phoning IRCC panicking because they haven't got their AOR yet when they applied at say 12:52pm should read this forum first I think..! I just started getting frustrated when a few weeks ago the IRCC were issuing lots of AOR's and then suddenly stopped... and then restarted a couple of weeks later having completely jumped the submission times of myself and a few other people on this forum.

What do you mean by job descriptions and duties not matched? Both are same thing right?

Hello people, I applied last week for the tr to pr pathway: essential workers, and because of the rush, I made a few mistakes on my application. Here is a list of the mistakes I made:
-original police certificate without translations (i chose the wrong file)
-reference letter from my employer said I work 40 hrs, (i work 20)
-Pay stubs: I submitted only 3 of my pay stubs for 3 years, each one shows how much I made that year and my pay rate. (Maybe I needed more proof?)
Will these mistakes cause a likely refusal? In that case, would that affect my future applications?
I would like to hear some advice from you guys, the other option would be to take down my application and apply for cec next year.
Thanks!

-reference letter from my employer said I work 40 hrs, (i work 20)- This is clear case of misrepresentation how can you upload that if you saw its written 40 you should have uploaded LOE for that and they should have asked you later for employment letter.

-original police certificate without translations (i chose the wrong file)- It was mentioned clearly in guide that if PCC is in native language apart from English than it should be translated by certified translator

You need to upload the recent paystubs to show you were working but it is still acceptable however your paystubs will clearly say you work only 20 hrs and you showed 40 hrs in employment letter so that's a mistake again also I am worried that you uploaded only those paystubs in which you worked only 40 hrs just to show and be safe

Will these mistakes cause a likely refusal? In that case, would that affect my future applications?- I am not sure but yes misrepresentation lead to potential ban for five years in Canada by law however better to ask a lawyer for this.

Also my honest suggestion yes that can affect future applications too so if you think you made a blunder in your application take sometime withdraw it and apply in CEC . This won't make you worry each day for your application as the documents you made blunder in were the eligibility documents.

I never worked 40 hrs weekly, my paystubs only show 20 hrs per week. I'm curious to know if that would be considered misrepresentation since I clearly meet the hours requirement (2 years and 7 months on same job). Its not like the information its trying to benefit me, its just kind of inaccurate...

Its better to consult an immigration lawyer as the letter of employment was the eligible document so I think a mistake in that can affect your application honestly.

I have same issue in one of my part time job, the reference letter had mistakenly put in 934 hours instead of 834 hours. However, in the qualifying experience section I went by 834 hours through ROE in ,my LoE. The stream was filling fast so I updated that reference letter but stated the qualifying experience based on ROE as I thought it would take another 2 weeks to get an updated reference letter from the employer. My employer sent the updated letter later same day post I had submitted my application. Will I face any issue or can I explain it when I get AoR and they would be considerate? I also have email exchange regarding the same with my ex-employer post submission of my application. Would VO be considerate?

In your case take the screenshots and show it as a proof that it was the honest mistake from employer along with LOE. Make it ready as soon as you get AOR submit that same day.
