@faujikid can you give some breakdown of your case, when did you send webform for reconsidertion? when they did respond and how long did they take to approve.? Was it TRV, what was their Error? i sent you a private message on my case of a big blunder they have done. i want to go with JR, but it is too expensive, did your reconsideration happen because of JV? or because of Webform raised? I raised a webform outlining the error from them.... thanks for your amazing story, it surely gives us encouragement
Hi Lisa. I posted all my details but it went under review with the moderator of this portal. I deleted it. Kindly allow me some time and I'll post it again.

Hey. IRCC took 2 weeks to review the reconsideration request. I had withdrawn JR in January 2022 as IRCC accepted that the Officer had made a mistake.
Oh good for you. I didnt hear anything about my reconsideration. I am just hoping JR will have a good outcome.

Oh it was in the letter also that if both parties are willing to settle they can do so. But i havnt hear anything yet. Maybe they wont settle
In my case IRCC acknowledged the Officer's mistake so they put my application back in process. They will surely settle if by rules and law you furnished everything what was required in the application.

Good for you atleast your in good fate now. I was wondering if all letters they send when they grant leave have the same. That they can settle if both parties agreed

It depends as every case is different. But yes my lawyer did mention that he will try that it doesn't go on a hearing as it can be costly.

Yes, to request for reconsideration, a webform needs to be raised as thats the only way to do so. IRCC acknowledged their mistake so my case never went on JR.

Any complication in your which is keeping them from the settlement? usually leave grant is the farthest stage where they settle.
