Keep in mind that if they keep financial requirements comparable to what they are now, you are roughly looking at five years plus before it would be realistic to expect them to he able to immigrate under PGP. Assuming you are successful in the lottery selection.

Thanks your answer but I haven't yet decided to reside abroad. I may stay here, but i'm looking for the fastest way to bring my parents too. I was qualified to apply since 2014 that I got mt PR, and I had the minimum income required for all these years and more, and just in 2020 I could not work. Can the facts that I was also studying and was for a few months, in addition to that 2020 was the main pandemic year open any other alternative solutions?
Assuming you need three years of income above the minimum (and that the program requirements don't radically change), three years plus 1.5-2 years, after being selected in the lottery.
So do you mean that the requirements for minimum income for three years prior for PGP is also the same as the standard sponsorship for parents which required those minimum incomes?! Can you please check and confirm that? because I thought I read somewhere that PGP lottery's requirements are different than the standard route of sponsorship for parents!
There is no 'standard sponsorship' of parents apart from the PGP.

But I think that link is for the standard parents and grandparents sponsorship route which is normal and almost guaranteed route, not the PGP lottery. If the PGP lottery would also have the same requirements, then why would it be a lottery when it is faster as a normal process. I think you may be mistaking the PGP lottery route with the standard sponsorship route for parents and grandparent..?
So you mean from all those who apply only a small number would get through, and that would be through the lottery for how many applicants? Do you know how many people get through the PGP lottery and get selected, versus the large pool of applicants who apply!
Read carefully. It says 'If you submit the interest to sponsor form and you’re invited to submit a complete application.'

PGP and Parents Sponsorship are the same thing. There's no way around it for your 2020 income besides waiting a few years. They don't make exceptions on income, some have been rejected for <$100. I'm a 2019 applicant and was just approved so it took just over 2 years total, many are still waiting. I'd definitely look at super visa for your situation.

But as others have said, you won't qualify to enter the lottery for several years yet if you don't meet the income requirements for 2020. Earliest you would qualify to submit an entry into the lottery is 2024 (this assumes you make enough income in 2021, 2022, and 2023).
If you don't want to wait this long for your parents to have PR, then the other option is for them to qualify to immigrate on their own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry or PNP based on their own work experience, level of education, language abilities, age, etc.
A small correction here. That is not the minimum income you need to meet for 2020. You need to meet the minimum income for 3 people which is $40,445. When you calculate the income levels you need to meet for each year, you need to include yourself and your parents in the number of people covered. So in your case this means you need to meet LICO for 3 people.

Yes, I know that is my bad, I was through some tough times emotionally and just recently thought about it seriously again, and I am ashamed of myself enough already because of postponing this for such long time, but I should look for solutions now. However, I have a question now, I checked on my CRA account now, and I see that with my EI benefits, etc that I received in 2020, I have actually earned $27.259 in 2020 (that is my total taxable net income for 2020), can I at least sponsor 1 of my parents with that? the minimum income I see on all websites are for 2 people, but can I apply to sponsor at least for one of my parents with that income this year? what is the minimum income for 1 parent if I want to apply for one for now, and can my other parent (e.g.my father) immigrate after my first parent (e.g. my mother) becomes a PR? can you please guide me on that? is there any hope for me with this update?
