Hi just a question, can I submit my proof of 24 months experience even i don't have my permanent aor yet, if yes how thanks

I got only one temporary AOR on 13th May and after that I did not receive the second Temporary AOR number. My file was received on 2 Feb. Any idea, what does it mean
