@bigvac123, @Ruby16 , @CalgaryNoOne do you guys have any idea about BOWP application. Does CEC and PNP work permit is the same? I already applied for CEC ( BOWP ) haven't get the decision. Do I have to apply separately for PNP ( BOWP) again ?

Sorry. Don't have any related experience before. But from what I understand, as long as you submit your BOWP application, you can keep working even the final decision hasn't been made. I think you should be fine. Just wait.

When I applied for BOWP that time got letter from IRCC , you can continue work until we made decision on your PR application or BOWP. But I am worried now boz they put review required on eligibility.

To be honest, i dont know much about BOWP.
But I think you are in 'implied status' until you have the final decision of your CEC PR application. Eligibility ' Review required' doesn't mean your application will be rejected. Some in this group had 'Review required' like you (by a Case Analyst) but then Officer reviewed and changed to 'Passed'. So don't worry you will get yours soon.

Yeah. I understand your feeling. I am also worried that they might forgot my application now after hearing others in similar situation got their portal email. Mine also got a review required before but got passed a week after. So that could also happen to you.
I know it is still hard to keep positive at this time because there are so much uncertainty. After tomorrow it would be 8 months for me, and what I can do is to just keep telling myself that it is fate and if it is meant to be yours it will be yours.

Yeah. Except for the security I am not sure because it is just blank in GCMS note and only one comment about that. But according to the pattern from other people in the same VO, it normally will be finished within 1 month. Not sure what happen to my file. The address change request could be the reason. Also, I am living in Calgary and not sure if they need to transfer to my local VO. If that's true, I would want Calgary VO to be my portal VO rather than this horrible Etobicoke. Sigh...

Why you have to leave Canada'?
In that case you still can right away apply for BOWP with your PNP PR application (if you have one). And you will continue to be on implied status.

Why you have to leave Canada'?
In that case you still can right away apply for BOWP with your PNP PR application (if you have one). And you will continue to be on implied status.

But haven't get AOR for PNP application and I think only after that you can apply for BOWP. But next week will talk to the lawyer and she will suggest the solution.
