Congrats. That's portal 2. Portal 1 is when they ask you to respond to the email so they can create your portal credentials.

I think the background check for certain nationalities would take long time , you have to be patient

I've just got an email asking for name, height, weight, etc. (which I assume is what is called "Portal 1"?). That email was actually sent on Jun 1 but I didn't discover it until Jun 7 because it was in my Spam folder. I did respond right away so it was still within the 7-day timeframe. It should be ok right?

Anybody knows how long it will take for them to send me the information to log into the portal (which is considered Portal 2 I think)? And how long after that will I get the eCoPR? My VO is Etobicoke.

1- it should be OK, don't worry about the late response as long as it is within the time frame.
2- no body knows , u can get portal 2 right away, and it may take time , it depends on IRCC there is no consistency for recieving portals and ECOPRs.
Hope u get both right away.
