I applied my PR in the first of March 2020 and through web inquiry IRCC confirmed they received my application on March 5th, 2020. Still waiting for AOR.
I would recommend @canuck78 please don't interpret our situation in your own words because we all are aware of the situation so you don't have to remind us Covid 19 delays and IRCC limited work force.

This thread should be for us who are in the same situation and trying to support each other by sharing our timeline.

This is a public forum so I can comment and answer questions. Just because you may not find my answer informative others may not be aware of the situation or answer. If you haven’t even reached AOR based on all the other cases I have ever seen you aren’t halfway to PR. Would expect PR to take around 2 years at this point but as you are aware there is a backlog.

The agent may not have understood and May have been indicating that you may be halfway to AOR. The customer service agents are unfortunately inconsistent and answer are not always core t.
