I have got medical request and passed medical on 4 November..then no updates..how many days cic will take to send passport request

By using two way courier services Passport sent 28/10/2021
PP reached at VFS office Delhi 29/10/2021
VFS send PP to IRCC 01/11/2021
PP is under process at IRCC office 02/11/2021.
After that no email, no message and not any updates about passport stamp.

Why did they ask for Resume??
This is the first time I heard they asked for Resume.
