Please what is the meaning of ECAS and where can I find it? I thought its meant for Inland applicant, but your signature I can see you are Outland.

this would be nice. It's frustrating seeing the finalizing date move every week (now March 2021)

It feels like the backlogged are slowly being filtered through but the recent applicants are back to being processed as normal

They also want to reduce application processing times and make reforms to Express Entry such as offering more immigration pathways to temporary foreign workers and international students.

Based on recent precedent, the new Immigration Levels Plan will be unveiled by March 2022. This plan is usually released by November 1st each year, except following elections. The Immigration Levels Plan 2022-2024 should not contain any surprises as it will likely continue to articulate Canada’s goal to welcome over 400,000 new immigrants annually.

Broadly speaking, stakeholders should expect a continuity of the Liberal party’s ambitious immigration agenda that they have been pursuing since 2015. That being said, the Liberals will have major immigration issues that they will need to tackle during their new mandate. These include identifying how they will reduce application backlogs that have grown during the pandemic, potentially reforming Express Entry and the Parents and Grandparents Program, launching the Municipal Nominee Program, and waiving citizenship fees.

I just checked ECAS for the first time today and it's In Process. I wouldn't know if my status ever show Application Received in ECAS before today.

You will need to order GCMS to check your visa office..

Ordered GCMS Dec 2020 and can see my Primary Office is Accra while the Secondary Office is Centralized Intake Office.
