Good sign. It looks like, your file is assigned to an officer in Azerbaijan's local Visa Center for Background Check and Security.
How come most of applications are in process since very long time and still no one has received MR !?
If IRCC is serious with us we should see progress around September 7th !.

99% done , 4 days left . no MR till now . i am not sure they requires our new medical or they are considering us under new medical rule.
Ircc has sent me the survey second time.I have participated on it already.
Got GCMS notes today, Two things i have observed.
Firstly this time my whole file scanned pages were not there
Secondly, there is the updation in date under secondary office.
No idea what it is, File is still showing Ready for PS. Security not started rest all cleared.

lifting travel restrictions for fully vaccinated international travelers.
I am in Canada with all my dependents. My file was received in May 2019 and is still in process. So, I am not sure if lifting travel restrictions will have positive impact on file processing. I hope it will have some impact on both outland and inland applications.

"We verified the information you provided and can confirm that the application is still in process. All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment."
