I also advise people don't do UFM, it's useless for Outlanders at this time. but some EXPERTS stated "What's wrong if any one do UFM? It accelerate the application."
I am in LIMBO as I Laugh at them or would like to send condolences when their Medical will Expire.

There is nothing wrong in doing the upfront med. The worse scenario is you will have to do it again if IRCC don't extend, but usually they do. If it's not updated it means an agent just didn't open the file during that time or will update when will reach the Medical stage.
