Haa anybody received Schedule A and PCC request from NDVO?

Instead of Schedule A and PCC, I received ADR for Schedule 4 : Provincial Nominee only from NDVO last month
2 - 3 people in my contacts whose primary vo was ndvo and now they got adr from etobicoke office
That's true. My file was in NDVO as my medical furtherance came from NDVO only. Last month I received ADR from Etobicoke

For me I got AOR from NDVO itself. In the message content at the bottom the address says New Delhi.
Where do you see its from Etobicoke? In the message content or in email?
