i want to submit my file to canada embassy
1. do i need to give my father's ITR report bcouse its less than 5 lakh and my agent told me not to submit
2. my fathers name surname is written on some of my documents but not on school documents .so what is the solution for this as i have to submit my application.

It is one of the requirement.so dont hesitate just submit.

but on the sds form there is no such requirement of ITR REPORTS for students applying under sds and moreover i have submitted my gic

If you are applying under SDS then u dont need to show your fathers ITR’s bcz i also did the same. If you have paid your GIC you are good to go.
