2018 Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications: timeline and updates

Just noticed status changed today as medical passed, now the next waiting game begins. Glad the results were uploaded quickly though!

My CIC status just got changed to “reviewing your eligibility”
Isn’t it a bit late for that?
How long does it usually take to get SA or PA after this?

Hi, I just received a message from cic and passed eligibility. I am the 17th Jan applicant.
I am Jan 17 applicant, eligibility passed this morning. Did anything change in your account today?
yeah I got the eligibility passed on Nov 17, and yesterday ECAS changed to Decision Made on both sides.
you will probably see the changes on ECAS by tmrw.
the thing is the principal applicant received the eligibility passed but no SA or no DM letter yet
It's an on-line service from CIC which shows the status of immigration files

I am a March 2018 inland spouse applicant. From what I've read so far I think my timeline would be Jan-Feb 2019 for the landing interview.
My concern is that I have to fly to India in Feb and I am worried that it will clash with my interview.
Has anyone rescheduled their landing interview before?How did it go?
I understand that If I get my COPR then I can apply a PRTD from India. But what if I am in India when I receive my landing interview mail?
