Thank you... how long will it usually take to have PPR after MR? Do you know?
Thanks

I’m not sure. The earliest I know is 2 weeks. Some took months.

@Louieportillo

Based on several experiences shared, it also depends on someone's timeline. Standard processing timeline is now at 19-20 months from time of application. When MR is received early, PPR takes longer but for those like us who received MR towards the tail-end, they say that waiting time is shorter.

Sharing my timeline:
Application to SINP-OID - August 9, 2017
ADR: October 25, 2017 / submitted docs November 13, 2017
Nomination: November 23, 2017
Application received in NS: December 19, 2017
AOR: February 8, 2018
MR: March 21, 2019
PAL: March 22, 2019
Medicals: April 1, 2019
MEP: April 8, 2019
DM: May 2, 2019

Waiting for PPR.

Golden email finally arrived last night. I am truly grateful for having a support group like this and I am praying that everyone else will receive good news in the days to come.

Congratulations!!!

Last night? Philippine time? Does it mean all decisions are made inside Canada? I thought before that the final decision will be made by the LVO.

Actually, we can only guess where the good news will come from because I did not receive notification for FT. I sent 2 webform inquiries directed to Manila and assumed that we are all under MVO. However, my MR came in at around 845pm (March 21) and PAL at around 930pm (March 22). My AOR though came in during the day at around 10:00am. I used to check in the wee hours of the night thinking it will be from Canada and stopped when I thought it would be coming from Manila. Lesson is, just wait. Hahaha.

I also received my AOR at 10:00 am (August 17) and MR at 12:39 am (May 2).
But I didn’t receive any FT and PAL.

Yes, you’re right, this application is indeed testing our patience. Hahaha.

Again, congratulations and good luck in your Canadian journey!
