Hello guys,

I received a Notification of Interest from Ontario 2 days ago (20 Dec) and I'm getting my application ready for submission. However, I have some questions amd queries.

1- Proof of funds: My wife is a second applicant...
- Can I get a gift deed from her without having to give any bank details? Then if yes, has the gift deed letter be notarized?
- I got a loan that normally should be paid off by the end of next year. Would that be a problem?

Hi, for proof of funds even if the funds re of you wife. You just need to give a consent of your wife that u can use the funds. Husband and wife are one entity. U just need funds that are 6 months old. Need not to think about anything else like own. They are not asking about your net worth.

I have one question to ask. Do Ontario nominates in Ontario for french speaking category whose NOC is in the shortage list ?
