It all depends on officer that when he/she apply for medical extension . After that i think ,it almost take 2 weeks.3 months ago they request a MEdical exam
But doctor did not submit the result because my medical was done last yeat on 11 july
On request, i submit same medical which was valid
But account showing they did not get medical result
When i call they said they hve it nd will update online also
They told me they will extend my medical
But how long it takes nd how will they notify me
Please help

I have agent. I do check ecas and cic both 20-30 times a day.your application looks good!

All CIC systems are super slow. I got DM in one day after GU that they started BG check. Ecas still showing what was in May. Do not stress to much about it! It will come soon, I'm sure about it! CIC is working a bit quicker now, for some strange reason... good for usI have agent. I do check ecas and cic both 20-30 times a day.
However in ecas, there is no update regarding medical received. But it’s showing passed in cic GC accout

I have a similar time line:1. Application received on February 5, 2018
2. AOR March 7,2018
3. ADR June 18, 2018(paid RPRF, police certificates)
4. PAL October 11,2018
5. Medical Exam Request June 28, 2019
6. Medical Exam done on July 3, 2019
7. Medical Exam passed July 11, 2019 Here it is
This looks like a medical request to me. As a precautionary measure, I will advise you to do upfront medicals and upload it. You are also required to pay the RPRF too.IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- MEDICALS: You and your dependents are required to be medically examined, if you
did not do so already, please visit the office of a Panel Physician to undertake your
medical examination as soon as possible. Please refer to the following link for

- RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENT FEE (RPRF): The Right of Permanent
