They hardly update when they receive additional documents, it is usually best to call. What document did they request?

If they requested for RCMP fingerprints and everything is cleared, I believe they should be working on your criminal check. It took me more than one year to get MR. Prearrival letter also means you have passed their eligibility requirements too. Their system is not regular.

I applied in Feb 2018, but only got my MR on 30 May. But the thing is once MR is made, your application will move fast thenceforth.

What was your time line and any ADR request

PPR only comes in email, it tittles "Ready for Visa". They usually send it in the early morning around 4-5AM local time.

mine was different, I got a notification about a message in my account, titled Request letter. When checked it was PPR!
