After that no any update , not even ghost update , called cic this morning, agent said background check is in process.

I also called this morning (second time) but... they always give me information that I can see on account page by myself
So useless guys, or I always get this kind of agents??
I will have celebration on Friday - 500 days of waiting
This is so frustrating. Seeing people from May/June getting PPR when we are waiting since forever
