What's the difference between EE and paper based PR.Does paper based require low IELTS score than EE?Applied for paper based application after BCPNP nomination.

Waiting for AOR, (seems like the current timeline is about 50-70 days)
EE means Express Entry and as the name suggests, is way quicker than paper-based PR. If the occupation you are in lies in NOC skill level A or B, you do not need to give IELTS exam for the paper-based application. Apart from that Express Entry requires at least a year of work experience to apply. What's the difference between EE and paper based PR.Does paper based require low IELTS score than EE?
