  3. We started processing your application on February 8, 2018.
I did find out from it that somehow my mailing address was wrong (there was no PO box number on file at all). Does anyone know if there is any correpsondance they would send only by mail that would not be reflected in my profile or sent by email? Hope not!

i believe Po box is not mandatory as long as u have correct mailing address but if you still want to update it you can use webform to update your mailing address.

My only mailing address is a PO box, so they basically have not had an actual address beyond a city and province in there for me the whole time. Which is very strange as I had it in my application correctly, and on the mailing envelopes.
