2018 January applicants for PR (paper-based)

Ok Guys.... I have just received a respond from Local office Etobicoke after 3 months following up.

They said the file is in queue for review and it will take around 2 to 4 months to start reviewing. they also mentioned that the office are so busy.

Please every one with the same issue share the comments here. I believe they are reviewing the files transferred to the office b/w January to March 2019.

What’s your timeline. Did you add spouse and if you did when did you add your spouse. I applied in April 2018.

AOR: July 24,2018
File transferred to Etobicoke on May 2019.
ADR: Update Schedule A on June 2019
Medical, Not started
Security: Not started
Eligibility: Not started
Criminality: in progress

My wife is main applicant and we applied at the same time with one application.

Please let me know:

I applied in April 2018 and spouse also applied around the same time. We had different applications before marriage. Married in December 2018 and advised. They said I will be the main applicant and they said they’ve added her to my file in April 2019. Since Medicals for both of us in May there haven’t been any update. Her name didn’t come up oh my application. I don’t know if it’s because she is non accompanying as both of us are inland. LVO in May 2019. Winnipeg. Security not started. Nothing has been passed.

I am pretty sure you are in same boat as mine. the reason you didn't see any update in last few months because your in a queue haven't started your application yet. Call IRCC let the agent take an action and send a note to your office. they will respond it in 30 days.

Okay. On ecas does it have to change from application received to in progress. Mine has been in application receiver ever since. I’m just worried because spouse name isn’t on my profile but maybe because she has her own application.

That is really a sign that your file haven't started yet

You don't need to be worried at all because they haven't started your application yet.

me ..im 16 april 2018 applicant (MPNP)..i didnt get any update after AOR..no medical nothing

I am April 2018 inland applicant, received my Medicals in August 2019. After that no update. I tried contacting My LVO which is Calgary and yesterday got a automated reply that my file has been assigned to
Officer and it’s under review. They even mentioned that after file transferring to local visa office regular time frame of application doesn’t apply.

How were you able to contact LVO? Mine is at Calgary too. Ecas says application received.

Transferred to LVO Aug 2019.

Since then no word.

I am 15 December 2016 applicant. My file transferred to Calgary LVO on 4 July 2017. They asked ADR employment letter, bank balance schedule A form. After that 7 may 2019 they send me to do remedial they received my medical on 29 May 2019 after that till now no updates it is so painful to wait and so frustrating. I am with two dependents. Any body please help me why thay are taking so much time ?????
