IMM 0008 Application: A completed Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29
> Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29
> Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29
> Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since February, 2018. This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29
> Height (in CM) and eye color details . This information is required for yourself and each of your dependants. This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29
> Client Information: Please provide a copy of the biopage of your passport along with those of your dependents. This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/29

Well pissed off by this, more money to spend.... new police certificates £45 each, waiting about 10 days!

Yeah i dont know they work....i called them today and everything is passsed....and he said backgrounds verifucation in process....and then i asked what you do in background.....
He said medical criminality and security....and he siad rest is done but yiu are in queue for security
