2017 Parent sponsorship - Do I need to translate parents passports?

Do I need to copy every page on th passport or just the information page with the picture?
If I need to copy the whole book, do I need to get translation and notarization if some of the entry stamps contains non-French/English words?

You only need those information pages which is usually first 1-6 pages in most country. I provided like 10-12 pages cos my parents traveled and have some visas from different countries but this is not required. I do not think you need to translate anything from the passport. There are international rules for passport.

Thanks for the information. Does your parents's passport have stamps contains non-Eng/French words?
There are some stamps having country written in English, but the entry location, like city, is written in other languages. Is CIC really strict about these information not in Eng/French?
