2017 parent sponsorship - Can I sponser mother father and dad's wife

I've go confirmation from CIC that I can apply for parant sponsership this year. Please help me with the questions below:

1. My mom and dad have divorced and my dad has remarried. Can I sponser all three of them?
2. If yes, do I need to fill in two separate packages? One for my mom and one for my dad and his wife?
3. If I can't sponser my dad's wife, do I need to count her as my family size?
